This is my first yixing teapot and the pot is a bit more purple than the photo. You can see the finishing textures on the lid, spout and on the bottom. It comes with a nice silk pouch for storage when not in use. Shipping and handling was great! It holds 70 ml of water and is perfect for solo brewing. I use it for oolong tea.
