2024 Ming Qian (Early April) Long Jin (Dragon Well) Green Tea

This premium quality Dragon Well green tea is hand-picked early in the spring before the Qingming festival (Early April). The tea has distinctive appearance: flat, smooth, and sword-like leaves. The tea leaves are using traditional pan-fired process to stop the enzymatic activity in the leaf, which results in the tea's flat appearance and gives the tea leaves a light green, yellowish color.

This Dragon Well green tea has mellowed and smooth flavor with a slightly sweet, vegetal taste and a hint of chestnut fragrance.  And a fleshing and invigorating aroma.

Dragon Well, also known as Longjing tea, is a variety of pan-roasted green tea from the Longjing Village area in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. It is renowned for its high quality and is often regarded as one of the most famous and finest green teas in China.

It is recommended to with water around 75°C (167°F) to 80°C (175°F).
