This tool is used for making traditional Gong Fu Cha. They includes:

Dark Rosewood Tea Tools
The full vase with tools is heavy in the hand and it's density,geometry and hardness seem to all have something to do with how they are perceived and used. I just use what I need. There is a needle a spoon blade a scoop a set of tongs and the funnel for smaller diameter openings of vessels along with the vase itself. The small funnel just floats on top of the base and the tools within. I would recommend pointing the wooden needle out so the fine end does not get broke by accident. The tools are conservatively sized and occupy a decent amount space on the corner or along side a work area on a desk. They will take some getting used too but I've had to use them all at least twice. I selected these tools because it was a "no nonsense" complete kit in my mind. Thanks for your time in reading this.
